Treena is a Registered Social Worker with over 24 years of experience in child and family services. She has served as Executive Director for three child and family service agencies in Saskatchewan and B.C., specializing in working with First Nations communities to develop and enhance programs and services aimed at improving the quality of life and well-being of children and families.

An award-winning author of non-fiction, Treena is also a sought-after workshop facilitator and keynote speaker. Her leadership workshops, Why Trauma-Informed Leadership Matters and Humanizing Change Management, have been well-received by organizations and employers, that are promoting psychological safety in the workplace.

Dedicated to raising awareness on critical social issues, Treena has organized conferences on mental health, suicide awareness, domestic violence, and trauma. Her passion for health and wellness drives both her professional and personal commitment to supporting others in their wellness journeys.
